All products sold by Option Stranglers (a business of Nova Advisory LLP, UEN: T24LL0389K) are digital services: community subscriptions, online courses, system report access, and live sessions. Nothing physical is shipped.

1. All sales are final

Because access to our content and communities is granted immediately upon purchase and our materials are digital and cannot be "returned", all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the period already paid. No pro-rata refunds are given for the unused portion of a billing period you have already paid for.

3. Courses and masterclasses

Course and masterclass fees are non-refundable once access to the course materials has been granted or the session has been attended. If a live session is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of that session's fee.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us at support@optionstranglers.com.sg within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

5. Goodwill exceptions

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such exception is not a waiver of this policy and does not create an entitlement for any other case.

6. If we terminate

If we terminate your subscription other than for your breach of the Terms of Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
