Please read this Disclaimer carefully before purchasing any subscription, course, or service from us, and before acting on any content we publish. By signing up for or using any of our Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.

1. Education only — we are not licensed to give financial advice

Nova Advisory LLP is not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or by any other regulator to provide financial advisory services, and we do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Everything we publish — including our Telegram community content, trade journals, study materials, system reports, and AI responses — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing we publish is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, or other financial instrument, or to adopt any trading strategy.

2. Options trading involves substantial risk

Options and other derivatives are complex instruments and carry a high level of risk. You can lose your entire investment, and certain strategies — including short option positions such as short strangles — expose you to losses that can substantially exceed your initial outlay. Market gaps, liquidity conditions, early assignment, and volatility changes can cause rapid and severe losses. You should not trade options with money you cannot afford to lose. 3. All content is generated by an automated, rules-based system

Setups, alerts, structure classifications, entry and exit frameworks, and study outputs shared in our Services are generated by an automated, rules-based research system. They are outputs of that system's fixed rules applied to market data. They are not personal recommendations from any individual, including any partner, employee, or representative of Nova Advisory LLP, and they are not tailored to your objectives, financial situation, or needs. Any trade you place is your own decision, made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. AI-generated responses

Some tiers of our Services include access to an AI assistant. The AI assistant explains the system's rules, classifications, and historical research in an educational manner. Its responses are machine-generated educational commentary about the system — they are not personalised financial advice, they do not constitute a recommendation to open, hold, or close any position, and they may contain errors. You must not treat any AI response as advice, and you remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. Historical and hypothetical performance

Any performance figures we share — including trade journals, backtests, forward tests, and win-rate or return statistics — are historical or hypothetical research results. Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual capital at risk, and do not account for all market frictions such as slippage, liquidity, and fees. Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

6. You are responsible for your own account

We are not a broker and we do not handle, hold, or manage client funds or accounts. Any brokerage account you use is your own, opened with a third party under that party's terms. You are solely responsible for your position sizing, risk management, order execution, tax obligations, and compliance with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

7. No reliance; no liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Advisory LLP, its partners, employees, and representatives accept no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on any content in our Services, including system outputs and AI responses. This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

8. Jurisdiction

Our Services are provided from Singapore for a general audience. They are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such provision would be contrary to local law or regulation. If you access our Services from outside Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
